Innovative Exterior Revamp

we are proud to share the details of this project in the exclusive community of Cocoplum, Florida. This project exemplifies our dedication to excellence in design, innovation in materials, and precision in execution, reaffirming our commitment to creating unique and functional spaces.

For the lower part of the roof, we selected our renowned Covet material, known for its unparalleled strength and durability. Covet is composed of high-quality aluminum, ensuring exceptional longevity even in adverse weather conditions. This material not only offers structural robustness but is also coated with a photorealistic film that gives it a natural and elegant appearance, capable of transforming any space.

In this project, we chose the colors Biera Oku and Burakku Erumu. These colors were carefully selected for their ability to complement each other, creating a visually attractive and sophisticated contrast. Biera Oku, with its warm, earthy tone, brings a sense of naturalness and warmth, while Burakku Erumu, with its dark, elegant tone, adds depth and character. Together, these colors not only enhance the space but also create an aesthetic harmony that highlights the architectural design of the area.

In addition to the lower roof installation, we created screens on the facade using Covet material. These screens not only add considerable aesthetic value but also serve practical purposes, providing shade and privacy without compromising the flow of natural light. The integration of these elements was executed with precision and care, ensuring they seamlessly complement the environment and architecture of Cocoplum.

For these facade elements, we used the Covet Plank and the 1 1/4 inch x 2 inch profile. These profiles were selected for their versatility and ability to offer a clean, modern finish. The installation of these profiles was carried out by our team of experts, ensuring a perfect fit and precise alignment—critical aspects for guaranteeing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The choice of Covet material for this project was strategic and well-founded. The aluminum used in Covet offers superior resistance to corrosion and weather elements, making it an ideal choice for the conditions in Florida, where humidity and salinity can affect other materials. Additionally, the photorealistic film not only enhances the aesthetic appearance but also adds an extra layer of protection, ensuring the material maintains its impeccable look for years.
