Golden Beach Residence is a space where architecture and art live in seamless dialogue. Located in one of Miami’s most exclusive waterfront communities, this home reflects a deep appreciation for design at the highest level—where every detail is intentional, and every material contributes to a greater narrative of elegance and refinement.

For Urbanik Surfaces, this project is particularly meaningful. It allowed us to contribute not only with premium materials, but with a design philosophy that aligns with our values: harmony, quality, and timeless beauty.

One of the most striking features of the residence is the custom walnut floating staircase, a sculptural centerpiece that brings movement and architectural presence to the core of the home. Suspended between planes of glass and supported with precision-engineered elements, the staircase blends structural ingenuity with refined craftsmanship—making it both a functional element and a visual work of art.

On the upper level, the floors were finished with Boske Nature Living engineered wood flooring in European Oak, Medium Sand. This soft, neutral tone was carefully chosen to enhance the sense of serenity within the space while providing a natural foundation that elevates the overall aesthetic. The wood’s subtle grain and matte texture work in perfect harmony with the home’s minimalist design language.

The architecture maximizes natural light and openness, with large-format windows that bathe the interiors in soft daylight throughout the day. The oak flooring responds beautifully to these conditions, creating shifts in tone and warmth as the light evolves—further reinforcing the organic, lived-in feeling of the space.

At the center of the layout, a lush internal garden brings a refreshing contrast to the palette, adding depth and movement to the composition. This balance between materials and nature helps create an environment that feels both sophisticated and grounded.
