Located in one of South Florida’s most prestigious coastal communities, this stunning Golden Beach residence embodies the perfect harmony between contemporary architecture and natural beauty. This waterfront project offered a unique opportunity for Urbanik Surfaces to showcase its commitment to quality, sustainability, and sophisticated design in a truly exceptional setting.
For this installation, we selected our exclusive Exterpark Bamboo system — a high-performance outdoor decking solution made from thermally treated bamboo, a rapidly renewable and eco-conscious material known for its strength, dimensional stability, and luxurious appearance. The natural tone of the bamboo brings warmth and elegance, while perfectly complementing the surrounding tropical landscape.
Precision-Leveled Installation & Custom Waterfront Platform
The bamboo planks were installed over a meticulously precision-leveled foundation, ensuring long-term durability, optimal drainage, and structural integrity. Using the Exterpark Magnet system, every board was laid without visible screws or fasteners, resulting in a clean, seamless finish with full accessibility for future maintenance.
A key highlight of this project is the custom lower platform that extends toward the water, designed to house secure mooring bases for jet skis. This area required not only technical strength to withstand constant exposure to moisture but also the aesthetic cohesion expected in a luxury residence. Exterpark Bamboo delivered on both fronts — offering beauty, performance, and resilience in one cohesive system.

The lush landscape features striking Silver Bismarck palms, Monstera, and a variety of tropical greenery that enhance the overall ambiance and seamlessly blend with the natural hues of the bamboo decking.
